Our menu

All our dishes are prepared on-site using only natural, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. Our alcohol menu offers a variety of craft beers and wines. Begin your day with a delicious breakfast and unwind in the evening with an intimate and atmospheric dinner.

Head Chef – Grzegorz Pracownik

He discovered his passion for cooking as a child, and was already serving his first “menu” at home at the age of 8. Today, as Head Chef at Tawerna Kaszubska, he combines years of experience with his own unique approach to cooking.

He gained experience both in Poland and abroad—from working in Iceland, through renowned Warsaw hotels such as the InterContinental and Crowne Plaza, to the prestigious Hotel Bristol in Oslo, where he served as sous-chef. He has worked in the world of haute cuisine, helping to organize events for several hundred people, including exclusive dinners for guests of international stature.

His cuisine is a blend of craftsmanship, organizational precision, and a modern take on tradition. At Tawerna Kaszubska, he creates an original menu inspired by the region, based on seasonal ingredients and his accumulated experience.
