From April 3–6, 2026, we will be open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
We are offering our regular menu plus a holiday special:
- horseradish soup with a fried egg
and white sausage 33 PLN - tender pork tenderloin with herb crumble/pea purée/baby carrots/roasted potato with spring egg spread/thyme sauce 62 PLN
- Easter cake with vanilla sauce 30 PLN
Unique location
We are located in the most beautiful part of the Kashubian Landscape Park, on the very shore of Ostrzyckie Lake. In each of our rooms, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the serene lake waters and the picturesque island. We’re building a place where you can enjoy great food, modern amenities, and the beautiful Kashubian landscape. Also, there are plenty of outdoor activities to keep you entertained.

Tawerna Kaszubska is a restaurant that deliberately sets itself apart from other establishments in the area by focusing on quality and unique culinary offerings. Every dish is meticulously planned and refined by Head Chef Grzegorz Pracownik, with attention to flavor, composition, and detail.
The restaurant does not offer home-style dishes—its cuisine is based on an original concept and a consistently executed vision. It is a place for guests seeking well-thought-out dishes and a high-level culinary experience.

My name is Grzegorz Pracownik, and I invite you to Tawerna Kaszubska—a place where the flavors of Kashubia are presented in a modern, original way.
My cuisine is based on a conscious selection of ingredients and a respect for local products. Each dish has been carefully planned, taking into account not only the character of the place, but also the rhythm of nature and seasonality. I draw inspiration from the richness of Kashubia—its simplicity, authenticity, and deeply rooted culinary traditions.

Events and Business
Delicious food, excellent service, interestingly decorated interiors, and proximity to nature make the Kashubian Tavern ideal for unique and business events. There are two professionally equipped conference rooms, 50 seats available in the restaurant and 50 on the terrace located among the trees with a beautiful view of the lake.
Our rooms
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in the peaceful sounds of nature – the rustling of trees and the singing of birds. We offer our guests various accommodation options, including 24 spacious two-story apartments, a guesthouse with 12 beds, and a room with facilities for people with disabilities. Our rooms and suites offer stunning views of Ostrzyckie Lake and lush greenery. The interior design is inspired by the natural surroundings.
